By accessing or using the Giving Future Foundation website (givingfuturefoundation.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
Giving Future Foundation (GFF) is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Florida. We operate Neighbor Hubs and Block Captain programs to provide direct food, medical, and emergency support to Florida families. Our 501(c)(3) application is pending; all donations are acknowledged with an EIN receipt.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, disrupt the site's operation, or use it for commercial solicitation without written permission from GFF. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.
Donations made through this website are processed securely via Stripe. All gifts are final and non-refundable unless GFF determines an error occurred during processing. GFF will provide a tax-deductible receipt for every donation. Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time through Stripe's self-service portal. GFF reserves the right to use donations for its general mission if the intended program is discontinued.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and data — is the property of Giving Future Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share or link to our content for noncommercial purposes with proper attribution to GFF.
This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GFF does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Giving Future Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, or volunteers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any donations made through it. GFF's total liability shall not exceed the amount you donated in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
GFF reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised 'last updated' date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
